Admission Rules
- Admission application will only be accepted on Admission form published by the college
- Admission application will not be accepted after due date
- College dues must be submitted in bank within due time. Admission will stand cancelled in case of failure to do so
- Admission will be granted purely on merit. However, admission committee can grant admission on sports, co-curricular, kinship and reserved seats quota basis
- The applicants must fill their admission form themselves and carefully
- Admission will be cancelled in case of forged / fake documents and / or data provided
- Transgender candidates are also eligible for admission
- Admission quota for minorities is 2% as per government policy
- Students who have passed last examination from any board / university other than BISE Lahore and Punjab University must submit NOC and Migration certificate from respective board / university
- Attach following documents with Admission form:
- 04 Attested photocopies of all relevant academic documents (Matric / Inter / Degree)
- 04 Attested photocopies of character certificate from the Head of previous institute
- Candidates who passed last examination as private candidate shall submit character certificate issued by a Gazetted officer
- 04 Attested photocopies of candidate’s B-Form or CNIC
- 04 Latest photographs with white background (size 1″ x 1″)
- 04 Attested photocopies of candidate’s father / guardian CNIC
- Only select the subject combinations mentioned in college prospectus for respective classes
- Change of Subjects / Combination will be permitted as per Board / University rules
- Think deeply and consult teachers while selecting subjects to avoid problems of Subject / Combination change
- Avoid cutting, over-writing on admission form
- Submit separate admission form while applying in more than one programs / subject groups
- Admission in a particular class / group / combination will be granted based on available seats
Discipline Rules
Identity Rules:
- All students are issued college card after admission
- No student will be allowed to enter without a college card
- No student will be allowed to enter without uniform (see uniform rules)
- They must display college card throughout their stay in college. Failure to do so will cause levy of Rs. 100 fine
- In case of 1st loss of card, new card will be issued after submission of Rs. 100 re-issuance fee
- In case of 2nd loss of card, new card will be issued after submission of Rs. 200 re-issuance fee
General Conduct Rules:
- Students must show manners throughout their stay at college towards teachers, peers and other college staff
- Students are not allowed to enter the Principal office, Admin office, Fee clerk office, Staff room without prior permission and valid reason
- Students must maintain discipline in assembly area, college hall, library, reading room, water room, lawns and playgrounds
- Students must refrain form unethical activities and fights
- Students must not roam about in corridors or near classroom, laboratories
- Smoking, vaping and drugs are strictly prohibited. Violation will cause severe action
- Students are not allowed drive vehicles in college premises
- As per Education Policy of the Government of the Punjab, students are not allowed to keep Mobile / Cell / Smart phone with them in college premises (A fine of Rs. 1000 will be imposed for violation)
Parking Rules:
- Gated and spacious parking space is available at the college premises
- All students must park their bicycles, motorbikes etc. there
- No student is allowed to park their vehicles at the college gate, along the road or beside college walls
- Students must lock their vehicles properly. Failing to do so will VOID any responsibility from parking staff
- In case of theft or any damage to the vehicle students must inform College Caretaker office
Library Rules
- All students are issued library card after admission
- Without a library card books can be issued after submitting original CNIC only
- Report to the librarian if library card is lost / stolen. The card bearer will be responsible for any books issued against such card
- Only one book will be issued to a student at a time
- A book is issued for two weeks (fortnight). Failure to return within due date will cause levy of Rs. 10 fine per day after due date
- Reference books will not be issued
- In case an issued book is torn, lost, damaged the bearer will have to pay double price of the book
- In case the torn, lost, damaged book comprises of multiple volumes then the respective volume needs be replaced or paid at current cost by the bearer
- Making noise, chaos in the library is strictly prohibited. Absconders will be strictly dealt will
- All discipline rules of the college also hold in the library
Uniform / Dress Code Rules
Students will not be allowed to enter college and / or attend classes without uniform
For Girls:
- Plain white kameez
- Plain white shalwar (No pajama, trousers or tights allowed)
- White dupatta laced with class specific colored ribbon
- Black Abaya
- Gray socks
- Black shoes
- Maroon coat / jersey / sweater during winter
Attendance & Leave Rules
- 75% attendance in classes is mandatory for appearing in board / university examination
- 6 consecutive absentees will cause struck off from the attendance register of a subject without any warning
- In case of struck off, students need to get Re-Admission after paying re-admission fee and it is allowed ONLY ONCE
- Re-Admission can be granted within ONE MONTH from struck off date
- Heavy fine as per Govt. policy will be levied on students due to absentees, failure to appear in December tests and / or pre-board exams
- Casual Leave (03 maximum in a month) can be obtained through an application addressed to the Principal, endorsed by respective teachers and submitted in admin office
- Medical leave will be granted on the basis of authentic medical certificate only
- Leave application must be co-signed by parent / guardian and submitted in advance
- Concerned class in-charge has the right to reduce casual leave
Fines
